What is a powder coated finish?

Powder coating is a dry finishing

process that applies a protective and decorative layer of paint to surfaces. Powder coats are available in a wide range of colours and effects, allowing you to give your car a brand new top of the range look.

  • Remove the wheel and valve 

  • Place the wheels in an acid bath 

  • Sand blast and repair any damage

  • Primed and baked

  • Coloured and baked at 200 °C

  • Lacquared and baked at °C

  • Built Back up and ready to collect
